The Electric Vehicle Incentive Program offers Azusa Light & Water current residential electric customers a monthly bill credit of $0.05 cents per kWh not to exceed 500 Kwh which is equivalent to up to $25.00 bill credit monthly based on total kwh usage from the hours of 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (off-peak).

*Account Eligibility
To apply for the Electric Vehicle Program, account holder must reside within the premise. The account holder must own/lease an Electric Vehicle and be listed on the vehicle registration, provide supporting documentation of the Vehicle Purchase or Lease Agreement and a copy of a Valid Vehicle Registration reflecting the premise address. Must currently be on the the Residential Schedule Electric Rate Schedule D only may not be applying or in transition for other specialized residential electrical rates at the time of application up to date of installation of the electric meter which measures time-of-use (TOU) and must not reside in a muti-family apartment complex dwelling. The meter will be installed at the expense of the account holder to measure total consumed electricity usage during off-peak hours.
